My great grandmother, Pauline Trabucco b.approx.1863/4,married 1882,R.C.Church of St. Francis, Chorlton. Father's name: Pietro (artist, deceased)Only mention of a Peter Trabucco (aged 20)1841 census. No mention of either of them on any other census (although all Pauline's chidren's births certificated) No trace of marriage for Pietro, nor birth of Pauline. I need to find her mother to ascertain how much Italian blood we do have! Can anyone help with suggestions?

Hi,

I'm trying to find out about my maternal grandfather, I actually have very little information about him.

What I have been told is that he was called Louis Rea and was from the Rea icecream family, (I have been told I was named Louise after him) he and my grandma lived in Salford and I think they ran a cafe there. They had 5 children together 2 boys, then 2 girls and then another boy. My mum is the eldest daughter. My grandmas name is Elizabeth.

I know this isnt a lot of information, but if you do know of him and would be able to tell my anything, I would be very grateful.

Kind Regards
Louise
